Here you will find a curated selection of ISL merch – from office essentials to client gifts and conference giveaway items.
The ISL store is open to all ISLers for a two-week period in both the Spring and Fall. This is the perfect time to stock up on ISL swag for yourself, or grab your client gifts and conference giveaway items for upcoming events.
Questions
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on where you are shipping to. All items in inventory will be shipped within 2-3 days of order placement and are all shipped from Vancouver, BC. After shipping, items are generally delivered within 2-7 business days.
Items that are made to order require additional production time. These orders
will arrive 3-4 weeks after the order has been placed.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, all orders that ship will be trackable, and a tracking number will be emailed upon shipping.
What is the Return Policy?
We do not accept returns are exchanges. All purchases and sales are final. Please read full products descriptions and review all size charts if needed. If your product is damaged or you received the wrong one, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
How do I log into my account?
You will be required to set up an account to place an order. Click onto the person silhouette in the top right-hand corner. You can log in or create an account from this page.
